About Brent McCulloh
Health Specialist
Let me pass on my knowledge to you. Call for a free 15 minute consultation.
I’m a former electrical engineer that had accumulated all the health problems that go along with being in-active, having a poor diet, and staring at a screen all day. A few years ago I was plagued by 2-3 headaches per week, 2-3 belly aches per week, anger management problems, high triglycerides and cholesterol levels, 40 extra pounds of body fat, low energy levels, back problems, chronic constipation one week and chronic diarrhea the next, recurring fungal infections, a completely debilitated immune system, and insomnia.
I knew I was in trouble, so I approached the problem like an engineer might. I began to think of the body as a closed system producing outputs (health and well-being) based on inputs (diet, exercise, circadian timing). After a good deal of research into what ‘inputs’ mattered the most, and how to do the least amount of work and sacrifice the least to improve those inputs, I had a dramatic health transformation over a one year period. I found it so inspiring that I quit what I was doing, and went back to school to become a Certified Nutrition Professional.
Like any science geek, I spend a lot of time reading and studying all the latest relevant literature and do my best to summarize and pass on the most pertinent parts of that research to my clients in an easy-to-understand and practical way. Help me help you, all you have to do is reach out! I look forward to hearing from you.

A Truly Holistic Approach
If you see a wilting house plant, do you get it’s genetics tested to see what the problem is? No. It’s had 2 billion years of evolution to perfect it’s genetics.
NEWSFLASH: So have you.

All living systems primarily operate based on raw materials and signals. Raw materials that provide what your body needs are nutrients, raw materials that adversely affect your physiology are toxins.

Signals come in many forms, the most important of which are exercise and light. We know that because these have been shown to affect hormones more than anything else. The light that hits your eyes is the conductor of your entire symphony of hormones.

Understanding which signals and raw materials are the most critical can allow you to tackle health issues with ease. Contact me, I’ll teach you.
